Peace Talk #1
In light of COVID-19, we wanted to shift our focus towards Jesus with our new segment, “Peace Talks.” ✌️In Mark 4, Jesus says, “Peace! Be Still…” in the middle of the chaos. Be encouraged and have hope because our peace is found in Jesus Christ alone! Check out Dr. Steve’s devotional video here!

This “Peace Talk” will focus on Matthew 6:9-15.? The Lord’s Prayer is meaningful because it reminds us that God provides. As we pray and trust in Him, we can have peace knowing that our Lord is in charge and remains on the throne! Watch the devotional video here.

Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.” We can have peace in God’s promise to supply all of our needs and that He will equip us to do whatever it is we’re facing. In this peace talk, we look at Jeremiah 29. These verses reveal the promise of the Lord’s presence with us today. The Lord tells us that if we pray and seek Him, He hears us. We encourage you to pray for medical professionals, local law enforcement, and elected leaders.

For many of us, the way we are used to doing things have changed. As we look at John 14:26-27, we see that Jesus walked with His disciples and promised to send them a Helper when He wasn’t with them physically. That promise is fulfilled today through the Holy Spirit, who reminds us of God’s word and helps us conquer troubled waters! #peacetalkseries

In John 18 & 19, we read that God in Heaven alone has the authority to give and take. He is our king, our God, and it is for His kingdom that we live, serve, and lead!?
